Hi Michelle!
I just wanted to say thank you for your webiste. I just started the diet a couple of days ago and live in Norway as well. Your ingredients list is really helpful.
As of this Point I do not have a lot of experience to offer, but given we are both in Norway, drop me a line if you want to Chat a bit.
Either way, good luck with the healthy life style!
Stefanie
Hi Stefanie,
I am glad the ingredients list was helpful. I know it took me a while to work out some things.
Thanks for your email address, it would be good to keep in touch. This diet has really worked for me, slowly at times but working which is more than any other thing I have tried has done. So stick with it.
If you have any questions or challenges feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer. Do you have the book?

I just did a wee search round the net and discovered Fromage Frais is another word for quark so you can use good old Kesam, which is one thing I really miss from Norway. Mager kesam
